Unvaccinated Visalia Campus employees will be tested each Tuesday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm in Porter Fieldhouse.  Please check-in at the southeast entrance.  Staff members shall work with their supervisor to identify the best time to be tested.  Each employee shall be handed a test kit and shown how it is to be administered.  Once done, the employee will hand the test back to the health attendant and will be free to return to work.  The employee will be called within 60 minutes in the event of a positive test.

Unvaccinated Tulare Center employees (including the Downtown Annex) will be tested each Tuesday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm in Health Center in Building A.  Staff members shall work with their supervisor to identify the best time to be tested.  Each employee shall be handed a test kit and shown how it is to be administered.  Once done, the employee will hand the test back to the health attendant and will be free to return to work.  The employee will be called within 60 minutes in the event of a positive test.

Unvaccinated Hanford Center employees will be tested each Monday between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm in Health Center in the Educational Center.  Staff members shall work with their supervisor to identify the best time to be tested.  Each employee shall be handed a test kit and shown how it is to be administered.  Once done, the employee will hand the test back to the health attendant and will be free to return to work.  The employee will be called within 60 minutes in the event of a positive test.

Part-time employees (including adjunct instructors, contract employees, and seasonal employees) subject to this protocol but not scheduled to work on a campus on the day we are conducting tests will be paid to come test during that time.  Those with work or family obligations should work out an alternative with their supervisor.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not call every individual who tests.  Only those testing positive will be called.  All unvaccinated employees going through the surveillance testing protocols are required to go to this link and document that they took their test by the end of that business day.
