​To apply for Access & Ability Center services...
​Follow the "Accessing Our Services"​ steps to begin the process.
​High school student interested in COS and accessing our services​?

​​​Need to securely submit a form to us ​electronically?​
​Use our ​Secure Upload. Choose "Access & Ability Center" and the form type.​
​​Need ASL Interpreting Services?​

​​For Active AAC Students (who already applied for services)...
​Need to request (or renew) equipment, note-taking services, and/or real-time captioning?
Complete our Assistive Tech & Equipment Request.​ 
Need to send Faculty Notification Letters (FNLs) to notify instructors of services? (This should be done every semester.)
