The Laptop Request Form is now CLOSED for Fall 2025. A limited number of Laptops may be available for check out on a walk-in basis at any COS Library/LRC location. For questions, please call the Circulation Desk at 559-730-3825 or email library@cos.edu.
The Spring 2026 Request Form will open on Monday, December 1st at 8am.

For on-campus computer access, please visit one of our computer labs.
Devices are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To borrow a laptop students must:
Be enrolled in the current semester.
Fill out the user agreement at checkout.
Present a valid photo ID.
All devices MUST be returned by the end of the semester. No renewals will be given. If devices are not returned by the due date, the student will be charged the full cost of the device. (See the list of fees below).
