*Note: Students applying to the RN Program or LVN-RN Program are required to read the Registered Nursing Information Tutorial and submit the Nursing Program Information Tutorial Test page (the last page of the application) with their application to the RN and LVN-RN Program.
In order for an application to be valid for evaluation, a minimum of 13 questions must be answered correctly on the Information Tutorial Test on the application. Failure to meet this score is considered to be an incomplete application, resulting in denial. All answers can be found on the Information Tutorial (See link listed above). To be consistent and fair to all applicants the Nursing Office will not assist with the questions on the Information Tutorial Test.
