We have a wide variety of services to improve productivity in your business or industry area. Topics such as leadership, interpersonal skills, communication, conflict resolution and mediation and customer service are provided through our Supervisory and Customer Service Training Modules or Next Skills Curriculum.  We also can assist with courses focused on improving basic skills (ESL, writing skills, math) of employees or other customized courses such as computer applications or industrial training (welding, PLC).  In addition to our customized training services, we have certified trainers that can offer such trainings as LEAN Manufacturing, Spectrum Temperament Development (Why Do People Do What They Do?) and others!

We can deliver a standardized series of trainings or customize our offerings to fit the needs of your organization.  An analysis of needs/consultation will be conducted prior to any training to confirm how we best can meet your performance goals. 

Other services such as job analysis (we are ACT/WorkKeys Authorized Profilers), in-depth needs assessment and focus group facilitation are also available.
